The holiday apartments, garden suites, cottages and holiday houses are situated in 4 separate adjoining houses, comprising of 3 private self catering suites with secure off street parking. All suites are situated in a beautiful one acre garden. The garden has magnificent plants and trees, stunning water features and is home to a variety of bird species, fish, frogs and squirrels.
The different standards and prices are relative to the number of persons, size of suite and the quality of furnishings; utensils supplied in each suite. All suites have their own DSTV satellite TV (80 channels), music centres and there are also DVD's in the larger suites. Guests have free access to 24 hr broadband internet, pre-paid telephone, library, laundry facilities, secure off street parking and a swimming pool with sun lounges.

Location
The estate of Ascot Gardens is made up of 3 secure adjoining properties situated in the peaceful suburb of Bergvliet in Cape Town's Constantia Valley. Ascot Gardens is surrounded on three sides by Jeffcoat Road, Hiddingh Avenue and Eksteen Avenue. Ascot Villa, Ascot House and Ascot Lodge are centrally located to many of Cape Town's tourist attractions.

From Cape Town International airport:
- Take the Cape Town exit over the bridge onto the N2.
- Travel towards Table Mountain (to Cape Town) on the N2 for approximately 11km.
- Travel past the M5 Muizenberg / Mowbray turnoff (do not take the turnoff but move over to the left hand lane).
- Take the next turnoff that says M3 Muizenberg onto the M3.
- Continue on the M3 for approximately 10km and take the Ladies Mile (M39) Exit offramp.
- Turn right at first traffic lights and continue down Ladies Mile Road.
- At the traffic circle, take the first exit left.
- To your right will be a school and further down on your left will be a shopping centre.
- Follow the road around the school, which is Heerengracht Avenue.
- At the stop street, turn left into Bergvliet Road.
- Turn right at the first road into Jeffcoat Avenue and continue on for approximately 400m.
- Ascot Lodge (Jack, Queen and King Suites) is on the left hand side at 17 Jeffcoat Avenue.
- Ascot Villa (African, Fountain and Mountain Suites) is left at the next corner in Hiddingh Road.
- Ascot Mews (Duchess, Royal and Duke Suites) is the second house on the left, at 28 Hiddingh Road.
- For Ascot House (2 & 3 Bedroom House, Poolside and Cottage Suites) continue along Hiddingh and turn at the first left into Eksteen Avenue.
- The second house form the corner on the left is 6 Eksteen Avenue.
