Abbey Manor was built in 1905, which means there are high ceilings, bay windows and an ornate fireplace. The manor house has been remodelled to ensure there is a modern influence. Each room is individually decorated with attention to detail, elegant furnishings, and drapes. The hostess, Judy is very efficient and friendly, offering much needed advice about Cape Town.

Location and Directions

When travelling from the airport, take a right turn onto the N2 and follow signs to Cape Town. Carry on driving until such time as you reach the De Waal drive turn off onto the M3. Then turn left onto the M3 cable way, M62 Camps Bay. Go over the little bridge, past the Gardens Shopping Centre on your left and just after the first traffic light stay in the left for (looks like a sort of slip way road and the Holiday Inn is located in this road). At the stop street turn left into Upper Orange Street. The 5th street on your right is Montrose Avenue and the 3rd house on the left is Abbey Manor.
